Temporary four-way traffic lights have been placed on busy junction in Loudwater, causing substantial delays for drivers.
The lights have been set up in Station Road, at the roundabout which joins Treadaway Hill, Boundary Road and Kingsmead Road.
Drivers faced long delays last month when lights were put in place on the same road.
The temporary lights have been installed to allow Scottish and Southern Power to locate and repair a high voltage mains fault.
Scottish and Southern have said that the lights will be on the road until September 9 at the latest.
