The footage, timed at approximately 6.50pm, shows Roy walking from his home in Grove Hill and then on to Lovell Road.
He is then seen walking on Nicol Road in the direction of Gold Hill East.

A moving image of Roy was picked up by a Thames Valley Police roads policing unit on the A40 at around 7.25pm.
The last known image of Roy was then captured just prior to the turning for Mumfords Lane at around 7.36pm.
Roy is known to frequent the River Misbourne walk, White Hart Pub, Chalfont, The Plough at Cadsden, Gerrards Cross, and local rural/woodland areas.
Superintendent Amy Clements, the Local Policing Area Commander for Chiltern & South Bucks, said: “Officers have been conducting widespread and thorough searches for Roy since he was reported missing.
