THIS week, we asked Bucks Free Press readers for their favourite Fish and Chip shops in Bucks. After an overwhelming response, five of the favourites were:

Praised for one of the warmest welcomes you can enjoy at a local fish and chip shop, one of our readers commented: “The fish only cooked to order so every order is fresh and crispy.
"The chips are tasty to so this is my go-to chippy!”
3 - Tuckin Fish and Chips, High Wycombe
Renowned for a ‘community feel’.
Tuckin boasts a spacious restaurant in a convenient location for town centre workers.
One reader said: “The quality of food is second to none, always fresh and always delicious.
"The staff are so friendly and attentive. I have tried other takeaways and restaurants but Tuckin wins hands down!”
4 - Tummy Fillers, High Wycombe -
Bucks Free Press readers gave Tummy Fillers a glowing review.
One reader said: “Genuinely is the BEST chippy around. From the taste of fresh cod and chips to the brilliant customer service you will definitely want to spend your money here!
"The food tastes amazing and I go back regularly for my cheat meal! Best chippy for sure.”

The last on our list, Smiles has a very positive reputation with locals.
