A further arrest has been made in relation to the fatal crash on the A355 in Beaconsfield on Monday morning.
Police officers arrested an 18-year-old man on Thursday morning on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, failing to stop at the scene of a collision and driving with no insurance.
The crash caused the death of 19-year-old Zaide Sandy from High Wycombe.

A 20-year old man from High Wycombe who had been previously arrested has been released under investigation, and a 17-year-old boy from Farnham Common has been released on conditional police bail until June 3.
Three other people, a 19-year-old woman, a 17-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy, all from High Wycombe, have been released with no further action.
Thames Valley Police are still urging anybody who witnessed the incident or who may have dash-cam footage to contact 101, quoting reference number 43190135206.
