Christmas tree recycle points are in place across South Bucks to prevent any used trees going to landfill sites now the festive season has come to an end.
Trees can be disposed of at any of the three household waste recycling sites in Langley, Burnham and Beaconsfield.
They can also be disposed of at the Stoke Poges Memorial Gardens in Church Lane from now until Thursday, January 14 between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm by the large oak tree near the entrance.
All trees collected will be turned in to compost.
Alternatively trees that have roots can be planted in the garden to be reused for next year or they can be cut down in to smaller pieces and put in green garden waste collection bins.
