All lanes on the M40 have reopened this evening after an earlier van fire.
Two fire crews from High Wycombe and one from Wheatley were called to the scene on the southbound carriageway at junction 5 for Stokencurch at 4.30pm.
Three people managed to escape from the van uninjured.
Lanes were closed while recovery work was taking place, but have since reopened.

Delays in the area are expected to ease now the carriageway has fully reopened.
