Kerrie Kozak is a painter and decorator from Marlow and drinks in the Duke of Cambridge.
How long have you been coming here?
Ever since I’ve lived in Marlow, about 40 years.
How often do you come here?
Three, maybe four times a week. After work usually.
What is it that keeps you coming back?
It is an old style, traditional pub, one of the last ones around here. Tracy (landlady) is carrying the flag.
What has happened to all the others?
All the big boys have moved in and the old pubs have gone. Either that or they’ve been turned into eateries.
What are the bar staff like?
The staff are great, very helpful and obliging.
What makes it special?
The atmosphere, all my mates come here, everybody knows your name. And it’s good for watching the football.
It’s the sort of place where you can leave your wallet and it’ll still be here the next morning.
What do you drink?
Lager. Fosters, it’s about the last place in Marlow you can get it.
