The finest view in Marlow will soon be on offer to residents after the town’s newly rebuilt rowing club announced it plans to open its bar to the public.
The fully kitted out bar area occupies the top floor of its new headquarters, boasting unrivalled postcard views across the River Thames and the iconic bridge.
A trial will see a bar and food menu available to all-comers outside of Marlow Rowing Club’s core operating hours.
The venue features big screen TVs, a licensed bar - complete with beer from Marlow brewery Rebellion - and 180 degree views from its large river-facing balcony.
Staff are hoping to open their bar to the public after Easter on a trial basis to gauge the reaction from visitors.
The new £3million HQ has just been unveiled, rebuilt after a fire left the club devastated in 2011.
