Hundreds of new homes located on the former Daws Hill RAF base went on sale at the weekend.
Taylor Wimpey was granted planning permission by Wycombe District Council to build 362 houses, 79 apartments and industrial units in 2013.
The massive development also includes a village centre with a convenience store, community centre and a bus hub. There is also a primary school and Air Training Corps facility.
The new Pine Trees development houses a choice of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties.
