This week's regular, Michaela White, a Residents Liaison Officer from Stokenchurch, drinks at The Kings Hotel.
What do you like about the Kings Hotel?
It’s very friendly and warm and the staff are really nice. I’ve had several parties here and they always do a great job. The food is amazing; I don’t think I've ever had a bad meal here and it’s really nicely decorated and very child friendly as well.
How often do you come here?
Usually a couple of times a week. I come here more when the weather is nice because the decking out the front is fabulous in the summer.
How long have you been coming here?
About 13 years.
What do you usually drink?
A glass of Prosecco.
What are the staff like?
Really, really friendly. Craig, the head barman, is fantastic. They always make everyone feel welcome and we have a laugh. A friend passed away last year and the Kings were amazing. They completely took the stress out of the process and handled everything for us.
Do you have a favourite spot to sit in?
Usually near the bar, or if I come here with the girls, we sit on the comfy sofas by the fire.
Do you come here alone or with friends?
I usually come here with all my friends, we come along with our husbands and we let them have a beer and we go off and have a Prosecco. But it’s the kind of place that you could come in by yourself, because there is always someone in here that you know.
