A fugitive coati has travelled a long way since escaping from his home in Fawley at the weekend.
The exotic South American animal is probably “having a ball”, said his owner, Lady Judith McAlpine, on Monday.
The elusive escapee has been spotted prowling through Marlovians’ gardens, befriending family pets, and climbing trees.
Contrary to fears the coati had been killed after being struck by a vehicle, reports of unusual animal sightings are continuing to come through.
