How often do you come here? There's a group of us who come here every day.

How long have you been a regular here? 37 years, man and boy.

Has the pub changed much in that time? Only the prices - the pub itself has always been excellent.

What do you like about this pub? It's a real ale pub and the beer here is always fantastic. John the landlord prides himself on it. The atmosphere is always good. It's a community pub and a drinker's pub. It's a shame pubs are closing because it's a part of what makes communities round here.

What's your usual drink? Pint of IPA.
