How long have you been coming here? I’ve been coming here longer than I should have been – since I was 18.

What has kept you coming back for all these years? It’s friendly, the bar staff are really nice, everyone I know comes in here, there’s a nice atmosphere and the landlord is a very good man.

The White Horse is famous for its entertainment – what brings you down here? The beer and pool. There are normally a lot of people here – if I come down I’m guaranteed to know a couple of people, so it’s great for that aspect.

What do you drink? I normally drink Fosters.

Where do you sit? I normally sit on the left-hand side of the bar – the girls are to the right of the bar and we’re this end, the local’s end.
