TRAVELLERS have moved onto a large area of land in Chalfont St Peter.
It has been reported that between six to 10 caravans went on to the land at about 9.45pm last night.
A concerned home owner who lives near Goldhill Common told the Bucks Free Press they have not caused any trouble.
The woman, who wanted to remain anonymous, said: “They have not caused any trouble yet, but we will see what happens.”
It is believed the group of travellers may be the same people who were evicted from land in High Wycombe yesterday.
Travellers were evicted from Booker Common at about 7pm yesterday and then went on to Beaconsfield service station when they left at about 9pm.
It is unknown where that group of travellers went next.
The authorities are yet to confirm if it is the same group of people.
