STUDENTS at Buckinghamshire New University dressed up in everything from Morphsuits to gorilla outfits to run a mile in aid of Sport Relief, raising £100.
The students stretched their legs and ran round the Campus in Queen Alexandra Road, High Wycombe, in a range of fancy dress.
Sports teams at the University also took part in the energy-sapping challenge raising funds for the nationwide charity event, with the money added to £62 raised at the University earlier in the week through students competing in ‘Bubble Football’.
Indoor-curling, table tennis and FIFA 14 tournaments were also organised by the Students’ Union’s Sport for Fun team as part of Sports Relief.
Hannah Jeremy, Active Universities Sports Project Activator, said: "We invited people to donate just £2 to dress up and take part.
“Our students all put in an amazing effort dressing up and running round our High Wycombe Campus for a great cause. Well done to everyone who took part.”
