A HEART shaped box engraved to mark a baby's first Christmas was among the items stolen from a car parked in a driveway.
The silver box was taken from a black Mini parked in Straight Bit, Flackwell Heath, at 5.15pm on Friday, December 27. It was engraved with the message, 'To Isabelle, Happy First Christmas'.
Pink baby clothes, a Tom Tom satnav and a black overnight bag with an MG tag containing several items of clothing were also stolen.
Police have today launched an appeal for witnesses - and have also asked for people who have been offered the stolen items to get in touch.
A Ralph Lauren polo shirt, Levi jeans, a Puma hooded top, a black Adidas hooded top and expensive make up were among the items taken from the bag.
Anyone with information should call investigating officer PC Alex Wardlow on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or online at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
