THREE teenagers charged with serious sexual offences against underage victims have appeared before court.
The trio appeared before Wycombe Youth Court last Friday charged between them with 19 alleged sexual offences against underage girls.
The details of the charges facing the teenagers, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are listed below:
• A 17-year-old charged with two counts of rape of a girl aged 14, one count of aiding and abetting the rape of a girl aged 14, one count of engaging in sexual activity with a girl aged 14 and two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a girl aged 15.
• A 16-year-old boy has been charged with one count of rape of a girl under the age of 13, one count of aiding and abetting the rape of a girl aged 14, eight counts of engaging in sexual activity with a girl aged 14, one count of engaging in sexual activity with a girl aged 13 and one count of possession of indecent images.
• A 16-year-old boy has been charged with rape of a girl aged 14.
They were all released on conditional bail to appear before the District Judge at Wycombe Magistrates Court on January 8.
