75 Newtown Road, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 1LG. Certificate of Lawfulness for proposed construction of rear dormer window and insertion of 2 x rooflights to front roofslope in connection with conversion of loft into habitable accommodation.
South Bucks District Council
1A Linkswood Road, Burnham, Buckinghamshire, SL1 8AS. Extension to roof to provide 1st floor accommodation with pitched roof dormer windows (Amendment to Planning Permission 11/01287/FUL).
Chiltern District Council
Woodnorton, 38 North Park, Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire, SL9 8JP. Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of apartment block comprising five residential units, detached carport building, hardstanding and landscaping, closure of existing vehicular access and formation of new vehicular access onto Packhorse Road.
