MARKHAM David Frederick Sadly passed away at Stoke Mandeville Hospital on 27th October aged 88. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. The service will be held at Holmer Green Baptist Church on Tuesday 28th November at 12.00 followed by the committal at Chilterns Crematorium at 1.15pm.
