FITRZYK Diana Passed away peacefully at Bury Lodge Care Home on 14th November aged 91 years. Beloved, Wife of the late Marian, Mum, Gran, Great Gran and friend of many. Forever in our hearts. Funeral service to be held at The Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham on 24th November at 1.15pm. Family flowers only, donations, if desired to The Alzheimer's Society c/o Beacon Funeral Services, 27 Rose Ave, Hazlemere, 01494 818181.
