CZERWIWIEC Andrew (Andy) Passed away on Friday the 5th November surrounded by loved ones at Chalfont Lodge Nursing Home aged 67, after a long battle of heart problems. Father of Emma and Daniel Czerwiwiec and a Grandad to Archie. Funeral service to be held at The Chilterns Crematorium on Wednesday the 1st December at 2pm. All friends, family, colleagues and hospital/nursing staff welcome. Flowers or donations to Harefield Hospital c/o H C Grimstead Funeral Care Tilury House Shepherds Lane Beaconsfield HP9 2DU.
