SHARP Tina A heroine of our times. Tina passed away on 17th October at stoke Mandeville hospital aged 55 yrs old. A much loved sister and daughter and resident at Birchwood care home, Chesham. Funeral to be held on 10th November, West Hertfordshire Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations to Scope or Birchwood Care Home, HP5 1DP.
