SCOTT Patricia Peggy 'Pat' Of Little Chalfont, aged 96 years. Passed away peacefully in her sleep on 5th October, Bradbury House, Beaconsfield. Much loved mother of Teresa, Jacqui and John, Grandmother of Olivia, Charlotte, Sam, Bastien and Oakley Sadly missed by family and friends. Burial, Friday 22nd October.
