HARVEY James Noel Died peacefully at home on 6/7/20 aged 84. Much loved Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather. District and County Councillor who was always grateful for the opportunities afforded him by Wycombe. A unique character, born in a blizzard and died in a pandemic, will be deeply missed.
