SMITH Annie "Anne" Formerly of Giles Gate, Prestwood. Passed away peacefully on 15th December 2019, aged 94 years. Beloved Mother, Gran and Great Gran. Committal to be held at Amersham Crematorium at 10.45 am on Monday 13th January followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at 11.45 am at Holy Trinity Church, Hazlemere. All friends are welcome at both services.
