BIRD Horace Derrick (Jim) Passed away peacefully on 1st December 2019 at The Stoke Mandeville Hospital aged 94. Will be sadly missed by his Children, Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren. Funeral Service to take place on Monday 23rd December 2019 at 11.45am Chilterns Crematorium in the Hampden Chapel. Family Flowers only.
