Funeral Service to be held in The Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, on Tuesday 5th November 2019 at 1.15pm. Family flowers only but donations, if wished, to Leukaemia Research c/o Co-Op Funeral Services, 110 Dashwood Avenue, High Wycombe HP12 3EB
