FLEMING Barbara Sylvia Passed away peacefully on 4th September 2019 aged 83 years. The Funeral Service will be held at The Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, at 10.15am on Friday, 20th September. Family flowers only, but donations, if wished, to the Alzheimer's Society c/o Wright Funeral Services, 106 High Street, Great Missenden HP16 0BE.
