BURGESS Barbara Mary Passed away peacefully at Shelburne Lodge on 14th August 2019, aged 89 years, reunited with her dear husband, Derrick. She will be sadly missed by those who loved her. Funeral service to take place at Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium on Thursday 5th September at 2pm. No black please .No flowers but donations in memory will go to Shelburne Lodge.
