Barnett, Chris Lately of Hazlemere, died peacefully at Lent Rise House on 18th July 2019 Funeral at Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium on Wednesday 14th August at 2pm and afterwards at Nickson Court, Hazlemere, HP15 7UF Donations in lieu of flowers, to RSPB or Age Concern.
