Page, Jim Passed away at Chiltern Grange Care Home on 30th June 2019 aged 85 Years. Much loved Husband, Father, Grandfather & Great Grandfather. He will be sadly missed by his family & friends. The funeral service will be held on Thursday 11th July at 3.30pm in the Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium.
