Matthew George Meek 'Matt' Passed away peacefully on 22nd March 2019 Aged 64 years. Dearly loved partner of Mary, and inspiring friend of Angela. Beloved brother of Jack and Lesley, and adoring uncle of Leigh, Emma and Lauren. Many thanks to the special care he received from NHS staff and Macmillan Cancer Support. Service to take place at Green Acres Chiltern, on Wednesday 10th April 2019 at 3pm. Donations can be made in lieu of flowers to Macmillan Cancer Support.
