Irene Freda Hatt Formerly of Lacey Green passed away peacefully on 31st March 2019 aged 90 years. Funeral service will take place on Thursday 18th April 2019 in The Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham at 11am. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation may be sent c/o Surman & Horwood Funeral Service, 25 High Street, Princes Risborough, Bucks HP27 0AE.
