Geoffrey Griffiths "Geoff" Passed away peacefully on 6th March 2019 aged 71 years. A loving husband and father who will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at the Chilterns Crematorium Hampden Chapel on Thursday 21st March at 3.30pm. Family flowers only please.
