Smith Kathleen Anne née Woodward Passed away peacefully at Watlington Nursing Home on 5th March 2019 aged 87 years. Funeral to be held at 11 o'clock at St John's Chapel, Oxford Crematorium on Wednesday 20th March 2019. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired to The Alzheimer's Society may be sent c/o Surman and Horwood Funeral Services, 7 Buttermarket Thame, OX9 3EW.
