Dr Samuel (Keith) Heywood MBBS, MRCS, LRCP A respected and long standing GP in Chesham, died peacefully aged 92 in Stoke Mandeville Hospital on Monday 11th February 2019 following a short illness. Keith was a loving husband to Margaret (Maggie) Heywood (decd) and devoted Father to Marc and Adrian. Funeral to be held in the Milton Chapel at Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, HP7 0ND on Thursday 7th March 2019 at 13.00 hrs.
