O'Callaghan Patrick Peacefully passed away at Stoke Mandeville Hospital on the 9th February 2019 aged 85 years. He will be sadly missed by all family and friends. The service will be held at St Augustine's Church, High Wycombe on Thursday 28th February at 12.00 noon. Followed by the committal at Chilterns Crematorium, Milton Chapel at 1.00pm.
