Smith, Jennifer Phyllis née Hawkins Aged 74 years Beloved Mother sadly passed away peacefully at home, 1st February 2019 Will be desperately missed by her children Karen, Linda, Martin and all her family & friends. The funeral will be on Friday 15th February 2019 at Chilterns Crematorium at 4.45pm Donations welcome to Arthritis Research UK.
