Chadwick, Dr Colin Samuel Aged 89, of Ashwells Penn, Bucks, sadly passed away on Saturday 19th January 2019 at the Heights Nursing Home, Downley. He was the loving husband of the late Evelyn Sylvia and father of Lindsay, Christine and the late Mark Chadwick, grandfather of Melanie, Jamie, Ashley, Nigel, Trevor, Billy and Khloe and great grandfather of Nicole, Oliver, Lauchlin, Cerys, Kieran and Rheyden. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral will be held at St Margaret's Church, Tylers Green at 1pm on Monday 11th February, followed by a celebration of Colin's life at The Queens Head Inn opposite the Church. Family flowers only please. Any donations to the Alzheimer's Society. You are now resting in peace dad.
