Carter Harry Alfred 1933-2018 Following an accident Harry passed away in the John Radcliff Neuro ICU ward on 9th December 2018. Much loved husband, father and grandad who will be greatly missed. The funeral will be held on 28th December 2018 Chilterns Crematorium, Hampden Chapel at 11.45 a.m Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Harry to Neuro Ward ICU John Radcliffe c/o Co-Operative funeralcare, 21 Park Parade Centre Hazlemere, Bucks HP15 7AA.
