Cusack, Eileen Passed away peacefully on Sunday 2nd December 2018 at Stoke Mandeville Hospital aged 94 years. The Funeral will be held on Tuesday 18th December 2018 at The Chilterns Crematorium, Milton Chapel at 3.15pm Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Eileen to British Red Cross c/o K. Y.
