DENNIS Donald Geoffrey Passed away peacefully at home with his family on 16th November 2018, aged 60 years. A loving husband to Susan, a proud Dad and Step-dad to Daniel, Simon, Paul and Daniel. He will be so sadly missed. Funeral service to take place in the Milton Chapel at the Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham on Thursday 6th December, at 3:15pm. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity c/o The Co-operative Funeralcare 01296 395356.
