Squibb, Andrew (Andy) Died peacefully after a long illness on 19th October 2018, aged 60 years. Loving husband to Pauline and dearly beloved son, brother, uncle and friend. Funeral Service to be held at the Chiltern Crematorium, Amersham on Monday 5th November at 1:15pm.
