IRWIN John Passed away peacefully on 5th October 2018 aged 72 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Dee and all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at St. Joseph's Church, Chalfont St Peter on Thursday 25th October at 12 noon followed by Slough Crematorium. Family flowers only.
