Dee Harvey Beloved wife of John, mother to Paul and Darragh and grandmother to Aidan passed away peacefully at Sue Ryder Hospice on 23rd August 2018. Funeral service to take place at Chilterns Crematorium Milton Chapel Amersham on 17th September at 4.PM. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Sue Ryder Hospice
