Colin Douglas Hazell Passed away 15th July 2018. Loving husband of Karen, dad of Matthew & Daniel, father in law of Michelle & Emily & Grampy to Ella-Grace, Immy, Esme-Jessica, Evie & Freddie. Funeral on Friday 3rd August at 11.45am at Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, Hampden Chapel.
