Gray, Constance (Connie) Passed away peacefully on 3rd of July 2018 aged 79 years. Much loved and greatly missed by Allan, Gillian & Steve, Peter & Ruth , Evie and Millie. Funeral Service to be held at The Chilterns Crematorium at 11.45am on Friday 20th July.
