MacIntyre, Jim The family of Jim MacIntyre, Pat his partner, brothers Lawrence and Ben and sister Carmel sadly announce the death of Jim on 14th June 2018 aged 75. The funeral service will be held at Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, Hampden Chapel On Thursday 5th July at 1:15pm. Family flowers only. Friends old and new are very welcome to attend the service. Donations if desired to Parkinson's Disease Society or Dementia UK c/o Beacon Funeral Services, The Old Forge, Wethered Road, Marlow, Bucks SL7 3AH. Tel: 01628 476000.

Living away from Lane End these days I receive news a little later so I have only just discovered the passing of Jim. I often think of Jim and the Good Times in The Old Sun. Referring to Jim as a gentleman in every way goes without saying. It is also true, in the words of John O'Keefe; "No better man". My condolences to Pat, Lawrence, Ben and Carmel.
