FLANAGAN, Kathleen Dorothy passed away peacefully at Lakeside Care Home, Aylesbury on 2nd March 2018 aged 86 years. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 pm on Monday 26th March in The Milton Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Lakeside Activities Fund may be sent c/o Surman & Horwood Funeral Service, 25 High Street, Princes Risborough, HP27 0AE
