SHED Phyllis Aged 97 years, Passed away at The Shelburne Lodge on 21st February 2018. Loving Mum, Nan, and Old Nan. Funeral service to take place at Chilterns Crematorium in Hampden Chapel on 6th March 2018 at 4.15pm. Flowers welcomed and can be sent to Cooperative Funeralcare, 21 Park Parade, Hazlemere, Buckinghamshire HP15 7AA Will be missed by family and friends.
